Phong is a Vietnamese-American lawyer and writer of speculative fiction. Though he considers himself Californian at heart, he calls Singapore, where he currently resides, home. He is a member of the Science Fiction & Fantasy Writers Association (SFWA) and Codex Writers’ Group. You can find his work published in khōréō, Cast of Wonders, and Metaphorosis.
